During any period when:
(1) the interest of the landlord1 under the tenancy2 is vested in trustees as such3; and
(2) that interest is held on trust for any person who, or for two or more persons of whom at least one, occupies as his only or principal home4 a dwelling house5 which forms part of the building6 or, as the case may be, the flat7 in question8,
the condition as to residence by the landlord9 is deemed to be fulfilled and, accordingly, no part of that period is to be10 disregarded11. If such a period comes to an end
