Where, in consequence of the Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995, two or more persons are bound by the same covenant1, they are so bound both jointly and severally2; and where, by virtue of the Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995:
(1) two or more persons are bound jointly and severally by the same covenant3; and
(2) any of the persons so bound is released from the covenant4,
the release does not extend5 to any other of those persons6.
