Where a tenant1 having the right to acquire a new lease2:
(1) has entered into an agreement for the surrender of his lease without the prior approval of the court3; or
(2) has entered into an agreement for the grant of a new lease without any of the terms of acquisition4 having been determined by the appropriate tribunal5;
or where a tenant has been granted a new lease6 and, on his landlord7 claiming possession for the purposes of redevelopment, enters into an agreement without the prior approval of the court for the surrender of the lease, then on the application
