Where, on or after the date of the giving of a counter-notice1, the reversioner2 or any other relevant landlord3 receives:
(1) a notice by a qualifying tenant claiming to exercise the right to acquire a new lease4 with respect to any flat5 contained in the specified premises6 or a copy of such a notice7; or
(2) any notice of withdrawal duly given8 and relating to any such notice9 of which a copy has already been furnished10 to the nominee purchaser11,
a copy of every notice which, or a copy of which, is received as mentioned in head (1) or head
