The initial notice1 must:
(1) specify and be accompanied by a plan2 showing:
(a) the premises of which the freehold is proposed to be acquired3;
(b) any property appurtenant or used in common with the occupiers of other premises of which the freehold is proposed to be acquired4; and
(c) any property over which it is proposed that rights, specified in the notice, should be granted in connection with the acquisition of the freehold of the specified premises5 or of any such property6;
(2) contain a statement of the grounds on which it is claimed that the specified premises
