A prescribed clauses lease1 must begin with the prescribed wording2, or that wording must appear immediately after any front sheet3. The prescribed wording must be set out in the prescribed manner (but, if preferred, with side headings appearing as headings and with vertical or horizontal lines, or both, omitted)4. That wording requires that the following information is given:
(1) the date of the lease5;
(2) title number or numbers of the title6;
(3) the full names and addresses of each of the parties to the lease and their capacity7;
(4) in relation to the property, either a full description
