The claim notice (which must be in the prescribed form) given by an RTM company1 must comply with the specified requirements2. Accordingly, it must:
(1) specify the premises, and contain a statement of the grounds on which it is claimed that they are premises to which the right to manage provisions of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 20023 apply4;
(2) state the full name of each person who is both:
(a) the qualifying tenant5 of a flat6 contained in the premises7; and
(b) a member of the RTM company8,
and the address of his flat9;
