Where public notice1 is required to be given of the relevant matters2 to which a qualifying long term agreement3 relates, the consultation requirements4 as regards the agreement are as follows5:
(1) the landlord6 must give notice in writing of his intention to enter into the agreement to each tenant7 and, where a recognised tenants' association8 represents some or all of the tenants, to the association9;
(2) where a notice under head (1) above specifies a place and hours for inspection, the place and hours so specified must be reasonable, and a description of the relevant matters must be available
