Except where public notice1 is required to be given of the relevant matters2 to which a qualifying long term agreement relates3, the consultation requirements4 to be met in relation to qualifying long term agreements5 are as follows6:
(1) the landlord7 must give notice in writing of his intention to enter into the agreement8:
(a) to each tenant9; and
(b) where a recognised tenants' association represents some or all of the tenants, to the association10;
(2) where a notice under head (1) above specifies a place and hours for inspection:
(a) the place and hours so specified must be reasonable11; and
