The following provisions apply in relation to every local housing authority1 and housing action trust2 which lets3 dwelling houses4 under introductory tenancies5 and which is a landlord authority for the purposes of the statutory provisions6 relating to secure tenancies7. The authority or trust must maintain such arrangements as it considers appropriate to enable those of its introductory tenants who are likely to be substantially affected by a relevant matter of housing management to be informed of the proposals of the authority or trust in respect of the matter, and to make their views known to the authority or trust
