Where a tenant's1 liability to pay compensation for postponement of the termination of a tenancy2 relates to a period during which there has been a change in the interest immediately expectant on the determination of his tenancy3, such compensation4 becomes payable at the end of the appropriate period5 and there is a separate right to compensation in respect of each of the interests which, during that period, have been immediately expectant on the determination of the existing tenancy6.
