A lease1 which does not fall within the provisions relating to certain housing association and other tenancies set out above2 is, nevertheless, excluded from the operation of the statutory provisions relating to the right to enfranchisement and extension3 if:
(1) the lease meets the conditions mentioned heads (a) to (f) below;
(2) any provision in the lease for the tenant4 to acquire the landlord's5 interest provides for the tenant to acquire the interest on terms specified in the lease and complying with such requirements as may be prescribed6;
(3) the lease meets any other prescribed conditions7;
