Where a dwelling house is held for the purpose of being available for occupation by a minister of religion1 as a residence from which to perform the duties of his office and:
(1) not later than the relevant date2 the tenant3 was given notice in writing that possession might be recovered under this Case4; and
(2) the court is satisfied that the dwelling house is required for occupation by a minister of religion as such a residence
