An approved management scheme1 may make different provision for different parts of the area and must include provision for terminating or varying all or any of the provisions of the scheme, or excluding part of the area, if a change of circumstances makes it appropriate, or for enabling it to be done by or with the approval of the High Court2. This reference to the High Court now has effect, however, as if it were a reference to the appropriate tribunal to which such applications must now be made3.
