156. Additions and improvements.

Where a building which is demised is later altered or extended, any addition to it (as opposed to a fixture annexed1 to it) will become part of the parcels. Ordinarily, the covenants on the tenant's part in relation to repair are expressly worded so as to apply to any such additions or extensions to the property after the lease is granted.
