1337. Acts of reversioner binding on other landlords.

Any notice given by or to the reversioner1 following the giving of the initial notice2 must3 be given or received by him on behalf of all the relevant landlords4; and the reversioner may5 on behalf and in the name of all or, as the case may be, any of those landlords:


    (1)     deduce, evidence or verify the title to any property;


    (2)     negotiate and agree6 with the nominee purchaser7, the terms of acquisition;


    (3)     execute any conveyance8 for the purpose of transferring any interest9 to the nominee purchaser10;


    (4)     receive the price payable for the acquisition of any interest;
