Where the right to collective enfranchisement1 is exercised in relation to any premises to which these provisions2 apply ('the relevant premises'), then:
(1) there must be acquired3 on behalf of the qualifying tenants4 by whom the right is exercised every interest5 of the tenant under any lease6 which is superior to the lease held by a qualifying tenant of a flat7 contained in the relevant premises8; and
(2) those tenants are entitled to have acquired on their behalf any interest of the tenant under any lease9 under which the demised premises consist of or include:
(a) any common parts10
