83.     Withdrawal of reservations and objections.

Unless the treaty1 otherwise provides:

  1.  

    (1)     a reservation2 may be withdrawn at any time and the consent of a state which has accepted the reservation is not required for its withdrawal3;

  2.  

    (2)     an objection to a reservation may be withdrawn at any time4.
