261.     Vesting of former diplomatic or consular premises in the Secretary of State.

In the case of former diplomatic or consular premises1, the Secretary of State may by order2 provide that the following provisions are to apply to the land in question3. He may by deed poll vest in himself such estate or interest in the land as appears to him to be appropriate4.
