If a person does outside the United Kingdom1 any act2 to or in relation to a United Nations worker3 which, if he had done it in any part of the United Kingdom, would have made him guilty in that part of the United Kingdom of an offence of a specified description, he is guilty in that part of the United Kingdom of that offence4. (1) murder, manslaughter, culpable homicide, rape, assault causing injury, kidnapping, abduction and false imprisonment5;
