199. Offences.

It is an offence to: (1) carry on an activity that requires a licence under the Outer Space Act 1986 without such a licence1; (2) make knowingly or recklessly a statement which is false in a material particular, for the purpose of obtaining a licence2; (3) fail to comply with the conditions of the licence3; (4) fail to comply with a direction4; (5) intentionally obstruct a person in the exercise of the powers conferred by a warrant authorising direct action5; (6) fail to comply with any regulations6. A person7 committing such an offence is liable on conviction on indictment
