An Order in Council may confer such privileges, immunities and facilities as may be required to give effect to any agreement to which the United Kingdom1 or its government is or will be party, or to any resolution of the General Assembly of the United Nations2, upon:
(1) judges or members of any international tribunal3 or persons exercising or performing or appointed to exercise or perform any jurisdiction or functions of such a tribunal4;
(2) registrars or other officers of any such tribunal5;
(3) parties to proceedings before such a tribunal
