266. Exemption from social security provisions.

A diplomatic agent1 is exempt from the social security provisions in force in the United Kingdom with respect to services rendered for the sending state2. This also applies to private servants3 in the sole employ of a diplomatic agent on condition that they are not citizens of the United Kingdom and Colonies or permanently resident in the United Kingdom and that they are covered by the social security provisions which may be in force in the sending state or a third state
