The requirements to be met by a person seeking a visit visa or leave to enter the United Kingdom1 in order to undertake permitted paid engagements2 are that:
(1) they meet the suitability requirements for all visitors3;
(2) they meet the general eligibility requirements for all visitors4;
(3) that they intend to undertake one (or more) of the permitted paid engagements set out in the rules5;
(4) that the permitted paid engagement is arranged before the person travels to the United Kingdom6, is declared as part of the application for the visit visa or leave to enter7, is evidenced
