While a person's appeal is pending1 he may not be removed from the United Kingdom, or be required to leave the United Kingdom, in accordance with a provision of the Immigration Acts2. However, this does not prevent any of the following while an appeal is pending:

    (1)     the giving of a direction for the appellant's removal from the United Kingdom3;

  2.  

    (2)     the making of a deportation order in respect of the appellant4; or
