A justice of the peace may grant a warrant1 to enter premises in which accommodation has been provided2 for a supported person3 if4 he is satisfied that there is reason to believe that:
(1) the supported person or any dependants5 of his for whom the accommodation is provided is not resident in it6;
(2) the accommodation is being used for any purpose other than the accommodation of the asylum seeker7 or any dependant of his8; or
