The requirements for indefinite leave to remain for a person granted humanitarian protection1, or their dependants granted humanitarian protection in line with the main applicant2 or any dependant granted leave to enter or remain under the family reunion provisions3 are that:
(1) the main applicant has held a residence permit4 for a continuous period of five years in the United Kingdom5;
(2) the applicant's residence permit has not been revoked or not renewed6; and
(3) the applicant has not:
(a) been convicted of an offence for which they have been sentenced to imprisonment for at least four years7;
