If as a result of asylum support1 a person has a tenancy or licence to occupy accommodation and either:
(1) the asylum support is2 suspended or discontinued3;
(2) the relevant claim for asylum4 has been determined5;
(3) the supported person6 has ceased to be destitute7; or
(4) he is to be moved to other accommodation8,
then provided he is given notice to quit9, his tenancy or licence is treated as ending with the period specified in that
