The general eligibility requirements for relevant civilian employees1 are that the applicant:
(1) is a relevant civilian employee2;
(2) will leave the United Kingdom3 at the end of their period of employment4;
(3) can provide evidence that they are able to maintain themselves and any dependants adequately5 in the United Kingdom without recourse to public funds6; and
(4) can provide evidence that there will be adequate accommodation, without recourse to public funds, for themselves and any dependants in the United Kingdom7.
