The requirement to be met by a person seeking limited leave to enter the United Kingdom1 for a period not exceeding five years as a relevant Afghan citizen is that he meets the definition of 'relevant Afghan citizen'2 as follows:
(1) he is in Afghanistan3;
(2) he is an Afghan citizen4;
(3) he is aged 18 years or over5;
(4) he was employed in Afghanistan directly by the Ministry of Defence or the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office6;
(5) he was made redundant on or after 19 December 20127;
(6) the Ministry
