An appeal against the refusal of a protection claim1 must be brought from within the United Kingdom2 unless:
(1) the claim to which the appeal relates has been certified as clearly unfounded3;
(2) the claim to which the appeal relates has been certified on the basis that the person may be removed to a safe third country4; or
(3) the provisions relating to removal of an asylum seeker to a safe third country apply5,
in which case the appeal
