If an immigration officer asks a carrier1 for passenger information or service information2 in respect of a ship, aircraft, through train or shuttle train which has arrived, or is expected to arrive, in the United Kingdom3, or which has left, or is expected to leave, the United Kingdom, the carrier must provide that information to the officer4.
The officer may ask for:
(1) passenger information or service information relating to a particular ship, aircraft or train of the carrier5;
