Consequent to the UK's withdrawal from the EU, this Halsbury paragraph should be read in conjunction with the Immigration and Social Security Co-ordination (EU Withdrawal) Act 2020 (Consequential, Saving, Transitional and Transitory Provisions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, SI 2020/1309, pending incorporation of the changes into the text.

A person may not appeal under the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 20161 whilst he is in the United Kingdom2 against an EEA decision3:

  1.  

    (1)     to refuse to admit him to the United Kingdom4;

    (2)     to revoke
