484.     Offences involving false representations.

A person is guilty of an offence1 if, with a view to obtaining support2 for himself or any other person, he:

    (1)     makes a statement or representation which he knows is false in a material particular3;

    (2)     produces or gives a person exercising functions in respect of the support provisions4, or knowingly causes or allows to be produced or given to such a person, any document or information which he knows is false in a material particular5;
