To be valid an application for an integration loan1 must be made in writing to the Secretary of State2 by an applicant3 who satisfies the eligibility criteria4. The application must stipulate the use to which the applicant intends to put the loan and must include the following information about the applicant5:
(1) his full name6;
(2) other names by which he is or has been known7;
(3) his date of birth8;
(4) his address in the United Kingdom9;
(5) his telephone number (if any)10;
(6) his email address (if any)11;
(7) evidence that demonstrates the applicant satisfies the eligibility
