(1) does not fall for refusal on the grounds of 'suitability'3; and
(2) has made a valid application for leave to remain on the grounds of private life in the United Kingdom4; and
(3) has lived continuously5 in the United Kingdom for at least 20 years, discounting any period of imprisonment6; or
