414.     Limited leave to remain as an unaccompanied asylum seeking child.

An unaccompanied asylum seeking child is a person who is under the age of 181 when the asylum application is submitted2, is applying for asylum in their own right3, and is separated from both parents and is not being cared for by an adult who in law or custom has responsibility to do so4.
