A person who is subject to immigration control1 commits an offence if he:
(1) works at a time when he is disqualified from working2 by reason of his immigration status3; and
(2) at that time he knows or has reasonable cause to believe that he is disqualified from working by reason of his immigration status4.
A person is disqualified from working by reason of his immigration status if they have not been granted leave to enter or remain in the United Kingdom
