29. Exemption from control: service personnel and members of visiting forces.

The statutory provisions relating to non-British citizens1, other than those concerning deportation, do not apply to any person2:

  1.  

    (1)     who is subject, as a member of the home forces3, to service law4; or

  2.  

    (2)     who is a member of a Commonwealth force or of a force raised under the law of any colony undergoing or about to undergo training in the United Kingdom5 with the home forces6; or

  3.  

    (3)     who is serving or posted for service in the United Kingdom as a member of a visiting force
