For all applications for entry clearance, limited or indefinite leave to remain as a parent1, the applicant must provide evidence that they will be able to adequately2 maintain themselves and any dependants in the United Kingdom3 without recourse to public funds4. Applicants must also provide evidence that there will be adequate accommodation5 in the United Kingdom, without recourse to public funds, for the family, including other family members who are not included in the application but who live in the same household, which the family own or occupy exclusively
