Until 15 January 20181, where a residence restriction2 is imposed on an adult3, he may be required to co-operate with electronic monitoring4. Where a reporting restriction5 could be imposed on an adult, he may instead be required to co-operate with electronic monitoring6. Immigration bail7 may be granted to an adult subject to a requirement that he co-operates with electronic monitoring; and the requirement may be imposed as a condition of a recognisance or bail bond8.
For these purposes, requiring an adult to co-operate with electronic monitoring means requiring him to co-operate with such arrangements as the person imposing the requirement
