87. Domestic workers who are the victims of slavery or human trafficking.

The requirements to be met by a person seeking leave to remain as a domestic worker who is the victim of slavery or human trafficking1 are that:


    (1)     the applicant's most recent grant of leave to enter or remain in the United Kingdom has been granted:


      (a)     as a domestic worker in a private household2;


      (b)     as a Tier 5 (Temporary Worker) migrant on the basis of a Certificate of Sponsorship issued in the International Agreement subcategory which confirmed that the applicant was being sponsored as a private servant in a diplomatic household3;
