An extension of stay as a domestic worker in a private household may be granted provided the Secretary of State1 is satisfied that each of the following requirements is met2; otherwise the extension will be refused3. The requirements are that the applicant:
(1) entered the United Kingdom4 with a valid United Kingdom entry clearance as a domestic worker in a private household5;
(2) was granted less than six months leave to enter6;
(3) has continued to be employed for the duration of leave granted as a domestic worker in the private household of the employer with whom the applicant
