215.     Disclosure to law enforcement agencies.

A chief officer of police1 may disclose information2 to:

  1.  

    (1)     the States of Jersey police force3;

  2.  

    (2)     the salaried police force of the Island of Guernsey4;

  3.  

    (3)     the Isle of Man constabulary5;

  4.  

    (4)     any other foreign law enforcement agency6.

In addition, a registration official7 may disclose any information held by him, or supply any document held by him, to an eligible person8 or to another registration official in England and Wales, for use for crime-fighting purposes9
