504.     Determination of appeal.

In relation to an appeal1, the First-tier Tribunal2 must determine any matter raised as a ground of appeal and any matter which it is required to consider3. Unless an appeal is withdrawn4 or abandoned5 or it lapses6, the Tribunal must provide to each party, as soon as reasonably practicable after making a decision which disposes of the proceedings, a notice of decision stating the Tribunal's decision and notification of any right of appeal and the time within which, and the manner in which, such right of
