507B.     Decisions which may be appealed

Consequent to the UK's withdrawal from the EU, this Halsbury paragraph should be read in conjunction with the Citizens' Rights (Frontier Workers) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, SI 2020/1213; and the Immigration (Citizens' Rights etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, SI 2020/1372, pending incorporation of the changes into the text.

A person ('P') may appeal1 against a decision made on or after exit day2:


    (1)     to vary P's leave to enter or remain in the United Kingdom granted by virtue of residence scheme immigration rules3, so that P does not have leave to enter
