287. Deception.

A person who is not a British citizen1 is guilty of an offence if, by means which include deception by him2, he obtains or seeks to obtain leave to enter or remain in the United Kingdom3, or he secures or seeks to secure the avoidance, postponement or revocation of enforcement action4 against him5.
