200. Curtailment of leave to enter or remain.

A person's leave to enter or remain1 may be curtailed if2:

  1.  

    (1)     false representations have been made, or material facts withheld, for the purpose of obtaining leave to enter or a previous variation of leave or in order to obtain documents from the Secretary of State3 or a third party required in support of the application for leave to enter or a previous variation of leave4;

  2.  

    (2)     false representations have been made, or material facts withheld, for the purpose of obtaining a document from the Secretary of State that indicates the person has a right to reside in the
