244. Consequences of failure to comply with the biometric registration regulations.

Subject as follows, where a person who is required to make an application for the issue of a biometric immigration document1 fails to comply with a requirement of the Immigration (Biometric Registration) Regulations 20082, the Secretary of State may take any, or any combination, of the following specified actions, and must consider giving a penalty notice3. The specified actions which the Secretary of State may take are:
