Where reference is made in the Immigration Rules to leave to enter or remain in the United Kingdom being granted to an individual subject to conditions on study4, such conditions are:
(1) no study which is:
(a) undergraduate or postgraduate study leading to a Doctorate or Master's degree by research in a specified discipline5; or
(b) undergraduate or postgraduate study leading to a taught Master's degree or other postgraduate qualification in a specified discipline6;
